if i have sex with a lady of aged 44,will she get pregnanat?and what about if i have sex without using condom.

if i have sex with young girl without using condom,so tell me how do i avoid pregnancy?

If she still gets her period and is still ovulating eggs - the number gets lower as you get older - but there is a possibility that this could happen. In other words the only way to avoid getting someone pregnant is to cover it up!
